Refunds & Cancellations

1. Free Service
SnapSaaS is a completely free tool. There is no subscription, no premium tier, and no payment required to access any feature. All functionality is available to every user at no cost.
2. Donations
We accept voluntary donations to help support the ongoing development and maintenance of SnapSaaS. Donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers (Cashfree and Stripe). Donations are not purchases — they do not unlock additional features, provide premium access, or create any entitlements.
3. No Refunds
All donations made to SnapSaaS are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that the donation is voluntary and that you will not seek a refund for any reason.
4. No Cancellations
Since SnapSaaS does not offer any subscriptions, recurring payments, or paid plans, there is nothing to cancel. All donations are one-time payments and cannot be reversed through SnapSaaS.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us at achal.psolver@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. For chargebacks or disputes, you may also contact your payment provider or bank directly.
