1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SnapSaaS (snapsaas.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SnapSaaS is a free, browser-based screenshot beautifier tool. All image processing is performed entirely on the client side within your browser. Your images are never uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted through our servers.
3. Use License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnapSaaS for personal and commercial purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application beyond what is publicly available.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload and process using SnapSaaS. Since all processing occurs in your browser, we do not access, collect, store, or transmit your images in any way.
5. Donations
SnapSaaS accepts voluntary donations to support ongoing development. Donations are processed through third-party payment providers (Cashfree and Stripe). Making a donation does not grant any additional rights, features, or entitlements beyond what is available to all users for free. All donations are final and non-refundable. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SnapSaaS is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSaaS, its creator Achal Kumar Chaudhary, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Intellectual Property
The SnapSaaS name, logo, design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of Achal Kumar Chaudhary. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of SnapSaaS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
